A teenage girl in America called Bobby Beale has a dog called Lucy.

Recently she was surprised and worried when she started getting tweets asking her why she had killed Lucy.

It turns out that Bobby and Lucy Beale are characters on "Eastenders", and Bobby appears to have killed Lucy.

The incident found it' way onto BBC Radio Suffolk news.

Ewww , red or purple

and I'm thinking , what? frown ............... what? crazy ..... hmmmm confused

but plenty of people reply and you read all the replies thinking maybe theres a clue to what the OP was about.

prehaps it is a training ground for mental telepathy groups who already know what the subject matter is focused on.

Good try Paul, but it's an age test. If you're over 50 you don't know WTF it's all about.

The problem with Twitter is that it doesn't let you explore the topic because of the restriction of number of letters ---so everything is superficial, brief, unexamined. Quite appropriate for 2015 I think.

P.S What happened to the dog in Eastenders?---- well both dogs really, though the American one sounds OK.
