As I think most people know there is a new Cosmos program running on the Fox network. Last week (March 16) the program was generally about evolution. Neil Degrasse Tyson didn't make a big thing about calling it evolution, but that was what it was. In fact he only mentioned evolution by name one time in the whole program. I just found out that at the Fox station in Oklahoma City there was a little glitch. Somehow a 15 second promo for a future show managed to get run over the place where he actually used the E word. It's too bad how these things happen.

I'm sure that the fact that Oklahoma has a lot of people who don't believe in evolution had nothing to do with the glitch.

I hadn't realised that his middle name was Thomas. Does John Tom have the same significance in the US as it does here?
