And I got to check my ignorance. For some reason I got to thinking that Ramadan was the New Year. I don't have any excuse for that because I have been working on my own personal calendar program since last March. I have the ability to show Islamic holidays built in but don't have the New Year set, just Ramadan.

I currently have calendar functions for Islam, Hebrew (under revision), Chinese, and Indian (in work, but almost ready).

For general information Indian is the most frustrating. The Hindu calendar isn't just one calendar. I have at least 7 versions in my program, and I think there are more variations.
