And your point is?
Article. VI.

All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

My point is that any active duty U.S. Military Officer who holds an Office within the U.S. Military
ie... ALL MILITARY OFFICERS AND NON COMMISSIONED OFFICERS within the U.S. Military that brings charges against any active duty military service member regardless of the service members rank because the service member has failed any religious test is in utter violation of the supreme law of the land.

CHANGE

speaking of change , President Obama , being a constitutional lawyer specializing in civil rights litigation before becoming the President of the U.S. should be full aware of the supreme law of the land which is the U.S. Constitution being the embodiment of civil rights.

the President of the U.S. is also an Office within the U.S. Military in fact
the President of the U.S. is the Commander in Chief of all Military Officers , which Military Officer will be the first to bring charges against the Commander in Chief because he fails any religious test?

will the commander in chief of the Military Forces of the U.S.
remove himself as Commander in Chief due to his religious belief and his religious practices in his everyday life?

perhaps in the Military Religion is reserved for the Commander in Chief of the Military only !!!
