I'm thinking of starting a Biology Club in my high school, but I have absolutely no idea of where to start. Any ideas?

it helps to figure out the why, and what before you make plans of when, and how in cases like this. the where can be either.

id suggest discussing it with anyone that you might have already started talking about it with. when you come with the what and why, then its a lot easier to figure out the rest.

start with 'why you want it'. then segue into 'why do you think it would be good for everyone'. the follow that with 'why would anyone else want to join.

once you have those and any other why questions that pop up, go with 'what will it do' and 'what are were doing with it', but make sure you pay attension esp with 'what is its purpose'.

once you have these its a lot easier to figure out where to go with it. once that is figured out, then the where to start is a lot easier.

Great idea Enceladus

I'd suggest starting with a discussion with your biology teacher.

What areas of biology are most interesting to you?

What geographical region do you live in? Anything special there in the way of plants? animals? hot springs? tropical? temperature? arctic?

Has anyone ever cataloged the life forms, not counting students, on the campus? Photographed them?
