The link with the answer that you gave above refers to a completely different picture than the one you posted originally (it is the "previous" mystery picture, and it was explained before before you posted the link to the current one).

The board giveth, and the Moderator, although mayhaps I may bear a faint resemblancce to a gem, carbonaceous, strangely enough, hath no power over the stars. I am sorry if this news depresses you. I don't have a magic wand for rating people. The board rates itself. For example, if member "X" rated you at five, and member "Y" rated you at one, I think it should bring up a three. At least I think that's how it works. Kate could tell you more, I expect.

I'm glad you came back. It seemed not quite right when you were gone.
