On Phys.Org there is a story about a new map of the distribution of Neanderthal and Denisovan genes in our world. A world map of Neanderthal and Denisovan ancestry in modern humans
It appears that Denisovan genes are at relatively low levels except in SE Asia. They are at the greatest levels in Oceania. Meantime residents of Western Eurasia show the lowest levels of archaic (Neanderthal and Denisovan) genes. That's all us people of European descent. Of course Africans are the ones with the very lowest level of genes from the archaics. That seems natural since that is where we all came from and didn't meet the others until we had left Africa.

if we all came from Africa then where did the others come from?

or was it that the others left Africa before the we did?

or did man construct himself into being in different places?

The others left Africa before we did. It appears that there were several waves of emigration from Africa. The earliest may have been the precursors of Homo erectus in Asia. The Denisovans and the Neanderthals seem to have independently evolved from some intermediate form. The exact details of the migrations are still very much a matter of contention. The final emigration out of Africa was of us, Homo Sapiens. That occurred around 50 to 60 thousand years ago.
