Hi all,

If anyone has had experience with preparing and dosing prednisolone, I would greatly appreciate your advice on a few things.

I am looking to prepare prednisolone in 0.5% methyl cellulose - preferably at a concentration of 2 mg/mL to be dosed p.o. in mice.

Does anyone have experience using 0.5% MC as a vehicle for prednisolone? How is prednisolone’s stability in MC? Similarly, how often did you prepare it?

Any information would be great! Thanks!

Hi Josh, it's always good to see a new poster, and it's regrettable that no one seems to have been able to offer any help.

I hope you have found the information you were looking for, elsewhere, and will not write off SAGG completely. smile
