I can already say that this will be a hoot.

Hoot Hoot .... chuga chuga chuga ....chuga.

I never really have wandered into the realm of the...

WHY , did Einstein think the way he did or What caused
him to think that way.

I just started watching this series today and am now finished
with "Light and Time : the special theory of relativity"

looking at the train in space thought experiment is an
obvious complete joke.

a fast moving train.
a light in the center of the train.
2 reflectors equally spaced from the light.
one to the front.
one to the rear.

1 observer following to the right side of the light source
to the right side of the outside of the train.

the light switch is thrown and the light is emitted.

according to the cartoon , the light emitted from the light source ( which travels at the speed of light) that is traveling with the train , travels faster towards
the rear of the train than towards the front of the train.

using 10 as train speed
and 20 as light speed.

the cartoon depicts the events as follows.

Quote:
the light reflects off of the rear reflector first.

((1)) as the light is emitted from the light source
a) the light that travels to the rear of the train
is already moving away from the rear of the train
at the same velocity as the train.

b) light speed - the velocity of train = resultant light speed.
20 - 10 = 10

Quote:
the light reflects off of the front reflector last.

((2)) as the light is emitted from the light source
a) the light that travels to the front of the train
is already moving towards the front of the train
at the same velocity as the train.

b) light speed + the velocity of train = resultant light speed.
20 + 10 = 30

(3)

the two reflectors will reflect the light at exactly the same time.

why?

the light has no reason to move slower or faster than
the speed of light so the light travels at the speed of light.
also: the train did not get longer or shorter.

so the only remaining factor is time.

the train speed can be considered as the time factor
so both positive and negative additions to light speed
due to the velocity of the train cancel each other out.

correcting the obvious mistakes observed in the cartoon.

20 - 10 0 = 10 20

20 + 10 0 = 30 20

I intend to debunk this entire series as I watch it.

I can fully understand how science has mislead the masses
into a belief system just by watching the first of this series.

same episode later on in the episode.

a space ship in space.
a light inside the spaceship that travels 1 meter up or down each second.
the light travels up and down as you look at it through a viewport from outside the spaceship.

the cartoon tries to explain how time slows down while
traveling through space according to the light.

the light travels up and down for 7 seconds.

the cartoon displays a set of 7 diagonal lines that are
supposed to represent the distance that light has traveled
in the 7 seconds.

according to the diagonal lines that are displayed the
spaceship is traveling at 1 meter per second.

if you draw a straight line across the top of the diagonal lines you will intersect with the diagonal lines at 2 second
intervals.

equaling 7 seconds because the diagonal lines are 1.5 meters
each.

if they would have used 1 meter long diagonal lines there would
have been no difference in the time measurements but they
were not measuring the time to show how time was slower.

this awesome example wants the gullible masses to BELIEVE
that it takes 10 seconds for the light to move 7 meters in 7 seconds by displaying a stopwatch outside the spaceship and measuring the distance along the diagonal lines.

its a new type of stopwatch I suppose.

its a stopwatch that measures the distance of a diagonal line
that is seen from outside the moving spaceship because of the vertically moving light inside the spaceship.

they should have made the diagonal lines even longer to
prove that time gets slower , wow they could have zoomed out and made each second last several decades

that would have given birth to even more wild dreams for the
gullible masses and the book writers that guide them.

in case you missed it the stopwatch didn't measure the
time it measured the (7) 1.5 meter long diagonal lines.

hmmm ... so far theres nothing special or valid
about special relativity

and the two examples covered so far are nothing more than
optical illusions that have nothing to do with
speed or time or science.

episode 2 : the theory of general relativity.

Im not exactly sure what is being said in this episode.

first it says that Einstein said that gravity would bend
light around a mass.

later it says that Einstein claims that light would bend
around a mass because of bent space naturally caused by mass.

he pretty much tosses gravity away in favor of the bent
space being the reason why things fall to the earth.

I cant see any use for it myself as it obviously has no
advantages over using gravity to calculate why things fall to the ground.

the disadvantages that I first noticed is that I don't think like an complete idiot nor do I know any of the idiot math
so to me its useless.

the pictures show objects sitting on a flat surface , which
would be easy to explain away if there were only a few objects
in the cosmos , but if you tried to depict a galaxy with this
type of jargon the only thing you could see would be the jumbled up millions ( billions upon billions of )lines crossing everywhere each object having its own flat plane.

mumbo jumbo that has no real use is all I can get from it.

plus , I suppose that the tried and true classical math is
also used here anyway else the errors would be enormous.
I am backing you on this Paul and can you testify in court for me to get my speeding fines back?

Bye bye doppler effect smile
the Doppler effect has nothing to do with the examples
I have commented on.

the Doppler effect truly does work for a light source
that is moving towards or away from your eyes or a camera
or any object that the light WAVES are impacting.

there are no speeding fines and there are no speed limits
in actual physics.

so the judges in the court rooms of BS science can only
force you to pay a fantasy fine with fantasy currency
as the punishment must match the crime.

you simply need to plead nolo contende as you cannot present
a defence to your case in the real world using evidence
that can only be found in fantasy or illusion.

the light emitted from a handheld flashlight that is
pointed down towards the ground and dropped will
be traveling at the speed of light + the speed of the
light source ( the falling flashlight ).

minus any resistance to photon movement of course.
such as the lens and the medium through which the
light rays travel.

a theory accompanied by designer math is not a speed limit.

it is a theory accompanied by designer math.

nothing more , nothing less and has nothing to do with
light , time , or actual science.

chugga chugga chugga ... chugga ... boom.

trains are massive and when set in motion they have a
large amount of momentum but when theres another train
an older train , a heavier train , a train that is sitting on solid ground and has little momentum sitting on the same track yet pointed in the opposite direction and the two are brought together ... the train with the most momentum , the faster moving train , the shinny new train with all of its mirrors and illusions and magic tricks that was seemingly built by some clever magician rather than by a train builder that carries many more gullible people , people who more resemble some sort of circus troop or actors in a play that focuses on fantasy than all of the sensible people on the older train tries to go around the older heavier train standing firmly on solid ground but just cant because there isn't enough room to pass without colliding.

episode 3 Pursuit of Light

everything is going well in this episode
and its actually interesting , Im glad I
didnt quit watching it after the first two
episodes that made me want to puke.

there is a part in the video where the
translator may have made a mistake because
the narator states that maxwell measured the
speed of electromagnetic wave travel to be
around 310 km per second !!!

I hope the remainder of the series is void
of the fake science.
