now, I am thinking that it may be a really good idea to
begin to take 1 a day to allow a buildup of iodine in my
body.

I am thinking about getting a bottle of Nascent Iodine
because it is a less toxic form of Iodine.

it is the same as the older form of Iodine that was used
from 1926 - 1935 and was called Atomidine (Atomic Iodine)
it is a complete atom , it has no extra electrons and no
missing electrons.
