If you ever get the chance, I'd highly recommend "Alone in the Wilderness" which I first saw on PBS.
It makes a great gift (via their pledge drive), but....

I watched that movie several years ago and thought it was a great movie , this man was a true wilderness expert.

I think I'll watch it again but right now I'm about to watch
a movie about bears.
