Is that strictly correct, or is it the processing of information that is physical? In other words, is it the processing that increases entropy?

You can not sent information in physics without
changing something
to sent info You need Energy ( (You) bulb -->info---me )
or You need change energy ( mirror ---- > info---- Bulb (me)

Information is not physial
for Example we can speak that :
if I see mirror = You want to go to toilet
if I see mirror 3 sec = You Joust back from toilet
if I see mirror 6 sec ....
