A student at Central Michigan University is creating here own fossils. She has downloaded the free scans from the Homo naledi investigation and is using a 3-D printer to print out the teeth. She will then compare those teeth to the teeth of other hominid fossils to see if she can determine how old the Homo naledi fossils are.

The story is at Phys.Org: Student uses 3-D printers to recreate and date fossils of new human species
