In many of your examples observers in the rocket or different spots will never see the light a fact you fail to realize yet you play with laser beams and so you must realize how hard they are to see side on.

Light and the bullet both have finite speeds and if we assume no gravity for the bullet both will behave exactly the same. It's not that hard most older school children can do it, can Marosz learn to be as smart as a school kid

The deeper question you really need to think about is why are you expecting light to behave any different to a bullet, in other words why would you ever expect it to miss you? No matter how fast your rocket is moving the bullet/light is going to fly in a dead straight line to the rocket and kill you there is nothing tricky here.
