California is experiencing its worst ( Water ) shortage in
500 years.



its Ironic to me personally because inside the salt water desalination plants in California there sits water pumps that
require very little energy to operate and could be designed
to require no energy at all.

it only depends on the design , and of course what is deemed
more important , water for people to drink or money for the
energy companies.

check out the ( PIER ) in the video , it serves no purpose
because there is no water.

if anybody thinks up a way to prevent or avoid water shortages
or energy shortages you can contact the California PIER
program in the below link , then you can fill out loads of
paperwork , and wait for a year to see if your ideas are deemed feasible.

I wonder what feasibility actually means.
