EINSTEIN'S SRT and GRT not explain how to measure constant motion and not observe stars or other objects - MICHELSON MORLEY TEST SHOWED ZERO why what was the reason ? ... [/b]
FIRST STEP TO VERY PRECISION GPS SYSTEM inside three rocket ( rocket has got zero windows )

Opposite to laser rocket's wall has got many sensors similar to photocamera
rocket and laser are moving in space ?
respect to what they are moving ?

Person who have laser and sensors on Earth can observe how light feel velocity . We need minimal three constant motion to evaluate our actual position on the Earth. We no need use GPS signals
