What is the magnetic effect arround ionic conductors...

A new cut off experiment is presented at
www.elkadot.com under electromagnetism book with this topic.
The experiment analyses the 3 situation possible:
1. cations and anions have quite the same mobility and in this case no magnetic effect should appear arround ionic conductor
2. cations moves faster then anions, in this case an opposite magnetic field have to appear relativ to the magnetic field of mettalic conductor
3. cations moves slower then anions, and in this case the magnetic field of ionic conductor has the same orientation like the magntic field of metallic part of circuit.
The experimental reality is much simpler then ...this expectations ...and unfortunately it cannot be explained in a consistent way ...
