lets be honest about it.

the number outnumbers ((( FULL - TIME ))) workers because
employers have reduced the number of full time workers in
order to avoid paying health benefits !!!

and we need to realize that it is employers who have lowered
the number of hours that an employee can work that has caused
the large number of people who recieve Food Aid from the Government.
