my summary of the above , Russia charges 15% of the value of
imported goods before the goods are allowed into Russia.
I find it strange that the Russian Government does not
allow itself to be deprived of income the way that our
Idiots in the U.S. have.
but I suppose that when a group of people who just happen
to be in control of a Government ( the U.S. ) that has
outside agendas (NWO) to follow that require new illogical policies to be implemented replacing tried and true logical policies such as import tarrifs and economic protection policies that were in place , then that is what happens.
