Time can only exist 'where/When' there is transfer of energy.

From no energy transfer to energy transfer (from nothing), thats what i call faith.

No: Faith would be believing that you have a basis for your opinion.

There is nothing to either support, or refute, your statement.

But without a statement with respect to virtual particles it is meaningless.

Please explain. do virtual particles not need 'virtual energy' to move.

No one knows what virtual particles are except that they exist and affect everything at the quantum level.

But virtual energy? Their energy is just that ... energy. Nothing virtual about it.

So particles need energy and virtual particles need energy. so to move i would imagine both types of particles need some form of energy transfer, and without change of state or change of position of a particle (or energy), time has no purpose, so there is no reason for time to exist.

Your comments/advice/opinion, would be appreciated.

We don't know enough about what we call virtual particles to come to any conclusions.

Need some form of energy transfer? I'm not comfortable with "need." But they all transfer energy. If they didn't we wouldn't know they existed.
