The three domains of life presented with the phylogenetic tree of Carl Woese have been exceeded with the realization that there are five domains, one of which is extinct.

This is presented in the essay “The Ultimate Paradigm of Science”, located at: http://home.spin.net.au/paradigm/cosmo.pdf

Can the "Paradigm" make any quantified predictions? Can you give an example?

You don't explain what is being emitted and absorbed. So it's both obviously true and meaningless. Of course the sun emits light, and the earth absorbs objects falling from space. But how does that determine the gravitational force between them?

Calling your idea "the ultimate" suggests that it's the final answer for science. You can't know that so it's a dishonest claim.
