Mars Spirit Rover is still stuck and cannot move.
There is a lot of footage of its wheels shifting sand. But unfortunately 'Spirit' Rover, is still stuck.
There is the possibility that it has dug itself into the sand, so that its 'tummy' is now resting on a hidden rock, ....thus its wheels get no grip.
A team of NASA Space technicians have set up a "Stuck Rover Simulation Lab" for best working out the way to free the Rover.

Personally I dont think it will get free. Raising its wheels and hoping for a prolonged sandstorm,
might be its only chance of freedom?.

Sounds like a plan.

might just be the only plan that could work.

raise the wheels , let the sand fill in the holes then lower the wheels and drive off.

3/4 inch of dust build up on the moon in 4.527 billion years,LOL and QM is fantasy science.
