Surprise, surprise 700 year old documents about the capture, trials, and torture of the Knights Templars, have been found in the Papal librarys.
Apparently they were mis-filed, for 700 years? (pull the other leg)

The Pope gave orders for a few copies to be made and published.
So presumably they have been rehabilitated?
Certainly they could hardly be forgiven since they did no wrong
Although they lent loads of money to the King, which upset the then Pope.
(This rehabilitation should ease the present Popes concience?)
