As with all things complex, sometimes the answer is beguilingly simple.

As much as I hope it is true ... I hope someone can find the resources to put together a clinical study. The fact that it is off-patent means non of the big firms will be interested.

But you can bet they are cloning it like crazy to get some kind of patentable derivative.
