Observation of binary pulsar PSR J0737-3039A/B agrees with GR prediction to 1 in 20,000. This soundly beats the old record of 1 in 500 for relativistically strong gravitational fields.

Uncle Al's proposal for testing GR failure against a chiral vacuum background is consistent with the foregoing report. It could succeed without contradicting any prior observation.
