microvita Superior Science of the Future

The role of science has always been paramount in building a society. From time immemorial, science has been there with humankind serving as a tool in their hands, useful in supporting life. It is indeed science, which gives physical shape to the finer sentiments of human heart, we call culture. Science built the great civilizations, expressing the human culture at different times. It did so in the past and it is doing today.
?In fact all organisms in creation, according to their respective mental proclivities and powers, follow scientific thought-process. The birds' knack of building their nests, the woodworm?s skill in constructing their roadway, the spiders' excellence in the weaving of their webs -- all these indicate the scientific make-up of the organisms' brains and inherent intellect?, says Shrii P. R. Sarkar.

At times, science has been found caring little for the finer sentiments of human hearts. Today the situation is repeating its past. Whenever that has happened, whenever science ignored the finer cultural vibes of civilization, the worst damages have occurred. Great civilizations have been wiped out from the surface of earth. It is not any fiction but a factual history of the humanity here, which can repeat again.

Shrii Sarkar says, ?We must not forget that civilization has an intimate relationship with science; they progress together. When scientific progress surpasses civilization, the latter meets its end. Take, for instance, the history of Egypt and Greece. As long as the scientific progress of these two countries did not supersede civilization, civilization prospered very well in both countries. However, when science produced enjoyments extra-abundantly the civilization of both countries was destroyed. It so happened because science occupied a position of being superior to civilization. Alternately some civilizations also suffered due to their inability of making use of the physical science for their civilization?s growth. The Maya people make such an example. They could not use the already invented wheel, thus lagged behind, and finally perished.

In India from the Tantric period to the Gupta period, civilization and science progressed side by side and both enjoyed equal prestige in society. The Gupta period was the golden period of India. After the end of the Gupta era, scientific progress was overlooked; this resulted in degradation and downfall. In the Pathan period there was neither the development of civilization nor the progress of science, and as a result the progress of society was impeded.?

At such junctures, it becomes imperative for science to review itself and refresh itself. Taking a brief look at the history of evolution of the modern science, we find that science started in the form of (natural) philosophy only. We may say, initially, science was more a philosophy than anything else. That was the ?pre-critical? science. However, with acceptance of critic new spirit transpired and science advanced with rapid steps. That provided a strong base for the emergence of modern science in its present form. In the mean time, scientific brains, the likes of Ockham (14th century), Bacon (17th century) and Virchow (19th century), insisted on a purely materialist ?Dogma? for science during its formative period. But that resulted in it's lopsided growth creating the sea of gap that is evident today between the field of science and the human factors.

To the mind of William Ockham, man did not have the ability to recognize and conceive the holistic morphogenic causes of the cosmos. Francis Bacon in 17th century made a point before the scientific community of Europe by suggesting that it was not at all the task of scientists to fly high in the realms of ideas rather their task was limited to observe carefully and do physical experiments alone. Finally, Rudolph Virchow of Berlin claimed that there was no existence of a holistic causation as such.

Thus from philosophical science into general sciences and now into biosciences, science excluded and distanced itself from investigating the import of abstract (subjective) and confined itself entirely to the world of crude (objective). But the present state of its alienation has happened under the pressure of the rampant industrial (profiteering) revolution during the post world war era. Prior to that, science still was as benevolent as art.

Today, it is required of the scientists to shake off such materialist dogmas and liberating their intellect they re-establish its questioned links to humanity. This would again herald humanistic profundity in the scientific minds influencing both their imagination and skills, sympathetically. Else, stepping out with higher aspirations, in absence of requisite ideals, may fail us again; the lesson we have learnt.

According to Shrii Sarkar, ?The physical science teaches us the proper use of all material things. For the all-around progress and development of the human society, both civilization and science have got to be encouraged. Development of civilization brings intellectual development with it. And intellectual knowledge is indispensable for both -- civilization as well as science. But if science gradually attains the height of development without a corresponding advancement of civilization, it only paves the way for destruction instead of benefiting humanity. So, the study and practice of science, should not be done in seclusion from civilization?.

On the practical side of it, we are working at improving upon what our matter based science has achieved to date. Matter and abstract are interacting at macrocosmic as well as microcosmic levels -- every where freely and spontaneously. Albert Einstein too established the importance of ?Observer? in any phenomena. In fact, ?observer? is the key to all phenomena, physical, psychic, or social. But the observer is none other than a reflective human mind. Thus, it is important to discover this linkage, the missing link between the world of matter and that of abstract. For, once that is done, science and humanity would be linked forever.

Our Idea-centric Cosmos: (A new paradigm for re-shaping Science)

We have already seen that the geo-centric universe gave way to the heliocentric view, with the sun at its center. That was not easy though. Now, with rapid steps the universe is becoming Idea-centric. That IDEA is in the center of a phenomenon needs to be understood, recognised and accepted. Even the crude matter as we know them (and use them), is being defined in terms of its being Idea-centric. It may be the practical way to link science to humanity. Idea is at the center stage of all, animated as well as inanimate beings in the creation. Energy is generated, attracted and carried forth by idea. We often notice that despite in possession of a healthy physique (full of mass and enormous energy i.e. E=mc2), at times we complain for lack of energy. But once we have an inspiring idea we get full of energy in an instant. And depending on our ideas we use our energies for various types of activities, crude or contemplative. With refined ideas we engage ourselves in contemplative pursuits. It is idea, which converts energy into a force and directs it to perform actions. And it is interesting to note that unless energy becomes a force, it is as good as the value of zero. Or, in other words, energy always works in the form of a force only. This is the field where science and humanity meet at the microcosmic level.

But what is ?IDEA?? What are the constituents of ?Idea??

Superior Science of the Future:

The superior science is into investigating the field of ?Idea?. Altogether a new science is in the making based on concepts advanced by Shrii Prabhat Rainjan Sarkar who says that the secret lies with the mysterious particles; he calls them Microvitum (or Microvita, in plural). A Microvitum has an initial (original) Macrocosmic idea at its centre, surrounded by inferences of matching types - of sound, touch, form, taste and/or smell etc. Microvita are the smallest particles of Macrocosmic consciousness responsible for carrying ideas as well as shaping and organising the world of matter in the universe.

We notice how while reading a poem or going through a mail, so many chemical reactions are initiated in our physiology. Why should ideas (i.e. abstract) be able to initiate a chemistry of the atomic matter in our closely guarded system? What can possibly define this phenomenon? Why should even the less intelligent humans or non-human creatures respond to the call of feelings?

Idea is centrally important even for our continued physical existence. After death, i.e. in absence of the storehouse of microcosmic ideas within the system, it is not possible to keep the atoms and molecules of the bodily matter synthetically held together. They start decomposing and re-synthesising themselves along the lines of the macrocosmic ideas i.e. called the Nature. They all end up becoming the natural gases, liquids, and solids of nature. So atomic or celestial mass is interacting and held together in their inter-atomic micro-space or celestial astro-space due to and as per the ideas, either of Microcosm or the Macrocosm (do it again). The Nature is nothing but, the force of the Macrocosmic Idea (the wish of God?per say).

The energy required for moving the world of matter (Micro or Macro) is supplied by idea (microvita) only. Even while attempting to lift an object we have the idea, helping us. It is our IDEA that instantly calculates how much energy is required and how to flex our muscles to get it. So the role of IDEA is all-important and in fact very central to the life-process. And further, if this idea of the microcosmic unit (human) mind could be linked to the (Macro) cosmos, through some process, it can even move and create changes in any part of cosmology.

In brief, this is thematic to the new paradigm of our Idea-centric Cosmos. Ideation helps us in assimilating greater and higher ideas. Ideas create the propensities and desires in us. Even the animal creatures are moved by our ideas of affection for them.

Microvita scientists are into defining energy. The mystery of ?energy? needs to be discovered. Further we are having a fresh look on how possibly the crude matter came into being i.e. how exactly and through what steps, energy condenses into atomic matter. So far no work has been done on this front. Such works would help a great deal in combining the science and the human.

The superior science combines science with humanity by bridging the gap between the analytical science of matter and the synthetic science of the psyche. Microvita science combines the two at the very initial stage. Shrii Sarkar indicates at investigating the initial stage of matter. There is a common silver line between the world of abstract and the initial stage of matter. Looking into the heart of matter from its initial end reveals a different story all together?a different scenario. It is like surveying the river Ganges upwards from its mouth at Ganga-Sagar where the river ends up in the bay of Bengal instead of starting from the Gangottari where it originates. The latter would provide the true description of the facts more smoothly. It would portray the river being friendly and benevolent where as the former would describe it as a rough, unfriendly and nasty one. Likewise studying matter from its initial stage would reveal the positive aspects of matter at ease unlike what we know of matter today.

The total gain for the new science would be of enormous value, as it would create a complete and comprehensive science of entire cosmology, explaining all and everything together.

Finally, we see that science advanced in two forms; the idealist form suggested by Leibnitz and Spinoza and the other emerging out of elementary particles, on which our modern sciences stand today. Sarkar?s concept of "Microvitum" combines the two together and moves even further into being a common elementary denominator factor for both the worlds, of the abstract and the crude, subjective as well as objective.

It is pleasant to hear the Eastern Voice in this conversation. Eastern philosophy tends towards major intuitive leaps to enlightening truths, while the Western Scientific method depends on an infinite series of baby steps to advance.

The difference always makes an Eastern Voice interesting and thought provoking in any discussion.

I would like to point out that Science as perceived in the East may not be the same as Science as perceived in the West. Even that what we call Science today in the West would not have been termed Science 500 years ago in the West.

A few hundred years ago Math was the only science because only Math could make clear accurate predictions based on a set of Rules. Over the last couple of hundred years other sciences have through careful observation such accurate rules have been developed in other areas, so it has become possible in chemistry for example to predict the existence of unknown elements and then to find them.

This ability to accurately hypothesize and predict has led to a misunderstanding of what science is. Scientific discovery consists of finding what is not predicted and expected, and learning new truths on that basis.

As time has progressed, the meaning of the word Science has changed for good reasons. It has become more precise and limited, like all good definitions. In this sense, what is being called Science above is not properly Science.

Science is today a term properly limited to the application of the scientific method in the study and interpreations of factual data derived as reliably as possible from observations of the world around us.

Science is not properly used as another word for metaphysics or speculation about the original idea of the macrocosmos until such a time as accurate reliable observations are possible of such matters.

Such matters are properly outside the perview of Science. Using the word science to describe such speculations is common and popular, and seems to be done to provide such speculations with the respectability that is accorded to results produced using the Scientific Method. This is inappropriate, regardless of how honestly it is meant.

It is a fact that ideas can inspire and give energy. Exactly how this mechanism works is probably a worthwhile area of scientific enquiry. However, the scientific discoveries in such a matter would have few moral or ethical implications.

Let us take SVPs for an example. Violent Sexual Predators rape and murder their victims. This is evil. Scientific studies of the brains of such people have shown that the same part of the brain is activated during their sexual fantasies as is activated in all other forms of addiction.

There is one pleasure center in the brain, and it is activated by all forms of pleasure this activation stimulates the production of dopamine meaning that the person involved will tend to repeat the behavior.

Whether it is the addiction of a world class athlete to the thrill of victory. The addiction of a brilliant mathematician to the subtle beauty of higher mathematics, or the addiction of an SVP to the sense of power when abusing others, the same physiological mechanisms are involved.

This provides proper guidance in how to treat SVPs and attempt to cure them. It is an addiction and has to be treated like an addiction.

However, what about great mathematicians who are addicted to the beauty of mathematics? Should they be cured just because the physiological mechanisms underlying both behaviors are the same?

Or should we adopt terms like benAddiction for beneficial or harmless addictions, and malAddiction for harmful or antisocial addictions?

This is an ethical, philosophical question, not a scientific one. Science reveals how the world works, not why. Questions of why, and good and evil, remain the proper domain of religion and ethical philosophy.

Ensuring that religion and ethical philosophy keep pace and balance with science is really the responsibility of ethical philosophers and religious leaders not of scientists.

Special Reltivity: 3 equations
Maxwell's Equations: 4 equations
General Relativity: 10 equations
Naciketa: hundreds of lines of crap.

Mankind has suffered five millennia of metaphysical spewed crap from priests, seers, charlatans, politicians, and the frankly insane. Without exception it sums to an ocean of death - mountains of dead babies, fields of dead soldiers, poverty, disease, pestilence, famine, and every other test of faith of gods' love. Pay the plate, sucker.

If you want a working flush toilet, you turn your back on all of it and accept personal responsiblity. Invasive government is a parliament of whores and morons. The alternative to personal responsiblity is a future for you, and everybody, and everybody's children of standing up to their knees in **** - and kneeling when the limousine drives by.

One is particulary amused by your enfatuation with Hindus and Buddhists. India has more than 360 million gods, 1.1 billion people, and only 1 million flush toilets. The stink of human waste blankets the whole of India like a shroud. Test of faith.

What you want is a free ride on a sedan chair carried through the muck by others. Get out and walk - up to your knees in your own loathsome effluent.

Al,
Setting aside the political commentary, I agree with the gist of your point.

Science was able to progess at a phenomenal pace only AFTER it finally separated from philosophy and religion. Philosophies don't have to be tested against reality. Skipping that vital step is very costly for the perpetrator and also for those who are affected by any decisions based on the conflation.

Nevertheless, obscurantists continue to strive to help science along by interfering in a process that is superficially trivial, but whose core ideas they continually fail to grasp.

I think that's being a bit harsh on the old discipline of philosophy; well, types of anyway. Rigorous philosophical inquiry does go a long way, and like scientists they are often the first to admit their shortcomings so long as they can see the mechanics of reasoning behind any new conclusions. Philosophical insight can also be a major driver of advanced scientific enquiry. This said, however, Arrogathor's long winded account of ... well they didn't really say much at all really, and tried to set up, yet again, some kind of strawman argument or false dichotomy between scientists and, well, who knows - mystics!?

First Arrogathor claims that maths was used to to good effect in 'observing' the physical world - but this was apparently in some mythological golden age that we have lost. Now, apparently, because we cannot 'see' or 'observe' the world, the cosmos or the mind through tangible means we can suddenly not use maths to make predictions, even though this is what Arrogathor claims we once did. In fact, the mind and thought - which Arrogathor springs on us for without warning or apparent reason - is being disected and 'observed' by science. And oddly enough, errors notwithstanding, the cosmos too can be mathematically 'observed' and predictions made. He talks about dopamine levels, well we did not come by this knowledge through some vague reasoning or mystacism, this is chemistry. We will find out more on the way the 'mechanics' of the brain in time, and when we do, and when we can predict human behaviour what will this mean? Now devoid of ambiguity does the human mind suddenly become less human? I don't think so.

naciketa ,
Let us not mix Science and religion because their approach is entirely different ....But yes we should try to understand and learn from both because in my opinion they have their own utility for peaceful and dignified existence...
Some people believe in the divorce of Science and Religion ..This desire has led to the fall of religion. It is becoming a fight of dangerous proportions.World over..Faith Vs. Fact... when will we learn to tolerate...Science should also learn to tolerate other beliefs .. because Divorced Science has appeared only recently .. even Einstein believed in GOD...

Take Care

Science and religion...
Science can analyze Religion, Religion can utilize Science...
Politics, Religion, Science and Art can not be reduced to each other, can they?

That was a good one RP :-))
Politics , Religion , Science and Art can be reduced to one single dimension of thought...
Some of you may disagree with me but I would like to say each of these knowledge windows are equivalent (but not equal) to acheive the unity...
We are currently not in a position to understand what really Music has got to do with our desire of living... in what ways Music is fundamental to our survival .. is it all for sex??
isnt it true that even Science must have started by physically weak male with a desire to impress some female...???!!!!
As I write isnt it true that you guys are impressed by me upto a certain degree with my effort ?
Somewhere the 'basics' of life are closely knit with all the branches of life whether it is Science , Art , Religion or Art...
Hope I have answered your question to the best of my ability... undoubtedly you question was very tough....i m impressed.:-))

Allow me to add something more personal...
Once I wanted to impress a White Girl(there are White girls even in our country) and screwed it up badly... I was no where near her in my life....but unfortunately or fortunately it changed me to such an extent that today it is very difficult for me say 'Thank you' because she 'did' nothing...and actually the whole process itself led to my 'evolution'....today if i want to impress her i can ... but now i dont want to ...because i am already madly in love with my wife.. i am really scared of loosing her.. i am working hard to keep her happy ....
Atleast in my life everything was centered around some female... what about you?

HAHAH ...
Ok sir .. as you say.
But you see life has so much common sense in it that i am afraid of loosing it.
Some people have already lost it.
