Interesting problem for the Cosmologists.
But since galactic Deuterium gas can only be seen with a UV detector. It would become invisible when it cooled, or combined,(with Hydrogen) and/or settled upon a large evolving planet, galaxy.
Which might account for its uneven distribution?
