No idea what you are on about LIGO sees a doppler for all of Earths movements and it all has to be filtered out as part of the noise removal processes.

The doppler noise is one of the trivial ones it has to deal with laser fluctuations, localized noise, seismic noise and electrical noise are far more challenging.

As stated you clearly have NO IDEA how LIGO works.
