As far as refusing to let them come to their states, I don't think there is anything in the constitution that allows states to interfere with the movement of people between states.

good point , but since its not covered in the constitution then
the constitution states that the powers that are not granted to the federal government
and are not prohibited by the constitution
are granted to the states or the people.

so if the federal government has not been granted the power
to place people in a state then a state has been granted the
power to refuse placement of said people.

I'll have to have a closer look at that tomorrow though
I'm not sure if this would be in context or out of context
its like a grey area to me for now.

it will be interesting to see how this turns out , but really
to be on the safe side for any of the refugees that are allowed into the us it might be better to place them in a non hostile environment until the laws and powers can be worked out.

also: a person that is allowed to enter the us legally
or a person who was born in the us can move about freely in the
us without restriction.

but the federal government cannot tell a person where he can move to.

so once they are legally here in the us then there is no restriction as to which state they can live in.

the president cannot just dictate to a person or a group of
people where they can or cannot live like the communist Chinese do.

and that was the point I was trying to make.

if they all decide that they want to live in Washington dc and
if they can get there , then there they are...

anything else would be like the Nazi party moving the jews
around where ever the Nazis wanted them to be.

btw ... agenda 21 ( sustainable development ) wants to
place ALL us citizens into cities so that the people of those cities can be more easily controlled...

if the president accomplishes the placing of people in
chosen areas through some un constitutional court order or
presidential order then that much of the legalities involved in the desired compacting
of the us population for control purposes outlined in agenda 21 ( sustainable development ) will have been accomplished , then the next steps would be to begin placing the us population where the united nations / world government wants them to be placed.

also: agenda 21 ( sustainable development ) clearly states
that no one will own anything.
no home.
no yard.
nothing.

you do not need to own anything , all you need to do
is work , eat , sleep ... in utopia.

cradle to grave

probably cradled in the arms of a agenda 21 health worker
because your parents don't own you so you belong to the
world government ( like the Nazis did ) and the grave must
just be the dust of your remains after the crematory is
finished unless it is determined that your body needs to
be recycled to extract any valuable consumables that you
acquired during you life time such as water , vitamins , etc...

3/4 inch of dust build up on the moon in 4.527 billion years,LOL and QM is fantasy science.
