You could have almost limitless power on a cup of water if the exhaust water was recycled inside the engine. Next to no emissions, too. All you'd have to worry about is the water freezing if it's in a cold climate. Maybe some antifreeze would do to keep that from happening. This has a great potential to change the way we drive.
