If we have stable laser (constant power )
we can measure P=mV - electron's P

we are sure that exist moment that electron has got zero speed
respect to mirror ( moment when electron is hiting mirror )

we can evaluate how many energy electron gived to disk

To evaluate Electron's motion we must use double disk
experiment

We can measure how many energy electron lost for hit disc no1
and disk no 2 ( two the same discs will not take from one and the same electron the same Energy first disc will register more energy next tisk will register lower energy )

ABOVE EXPERIMENT VERY NICE CAN EXPLAIN LIGHT'S SPEED

THE SAME MASTER LASER CAN NOT STOP IN THE SAME WAY DISC THAT IS NOT MAKING ROTATION AND DISK THAT IS STATIONARY RESPECT TO LIGHT !!!
