Yes, we do have friends. Yes some of them are geologists, but any mention of Mansfield or Preearth leads to a response along the lines of "Leave well alone; you'll never get anything but abuse". "Never" may not be completely correct, but it is not far from the truth.

I've tried, I'm still willing to try, but so far you have established one of two things:

1. Mansfield's theory does not stand up to questioning.

2. you are unable to defend it.

Comparison of your posts with those of KM in other places suggests that you are KM, or his "glove puppet"; in which case, both 1 & 2 would seem to be the case.
