My problem is that handguns are used to kill, but if used with with care, can disable
But Tasers are used to disable, but if used without care, often kill.
I believe, if you use a gun not designed to kill, the tendancy would be to fire it more often?
This seems to be born out by the number of people killed by Tasers in the USA.
