Hey , look at the bright side.

theres still plenty of time to rebuild everything along the beach front as the beach front will soon be underwater.

if development starts now they can have a new beach front built further back from the water and before long the water will come to it.

and later they can repeat this as the water gets higher and higher.

Im thinking of purchasing some beach front property around 20 miles from my home which is apx 70 miles from the now existing beach front.
