...due to the warming of the Artic.

Pingo's, sitting on the surface of the Permafrost, have been growning by 3/4" inch per year for a thousand years, due to the yearly expansion of the "pingo ice", within them.
The 2nd tallest Pingo in the world, sitting on Permafrost, at 160 feet high, is still growing at Tuktoyaktuk, Canada.

There are also Pingos under the Artic Ocean, where over 200 have been mapped.
Due to the slow melting of the deep permafrost, Pingo's, one of the natural wonders of the World could slowly disappear.

Pingo's prove that the Permafrost and the ice within them, has been at 0C or below, for thousands of years.
